Whether you’ve got a group of forty or four hundred, whether you’ve got 30 minutes to fill or you’re hosting an all-day workshop, if you’ve got a group of women looking to be inspired by a dramatic personal story and helped by a positive and practical how-to, Kristine Breese is the speaker for your next event.

In sharing the story of her journey back to wholeness after suffering a heart attack at age 35, Breese provides lessons, steps and examples which focus on restoring balance, realizing abundance and rekindling a lost sense of wonder and hope in our lives. Women will need Kleenex and a notepad, for Breese’s presentations are both emotional and action-oriented.

Lessons for Living – What Facing Death Taught Me About Living Life
More than just spurring her to set new priorities, Breese’s brush with death was the beginning of the end for a lifestyle that no longer served her. Breese shares lessons that you can use to reorder, rebalance and embrace your life.

Why Motherhood is Bad For Your Health — And What Can be Done Starting Today
When cooking dinner seems more important than going to the emergency room in a waiting ambulance, you know you've lost all sense of what's important. But this was what one mother thought -- and it’s a reaction other Moms can relate to as they often put their needs behind those of their kids, spouse and even the family pet. Come hear Breese discuss the origins of this me-last habit and how to break it once and for all. Mothers will walk away with skills and inspiration to help prioritize their health and well-being in the midst of a busy family life.

Asking for Help — Stop Doing it All and Doing it Alone
After ignoring symptoms of heart disease for years because she was “too busy working, driving carpool and saving the world” to go to the doctor, Breese learned the hard way that the path of the go-it-alone SuperWoman is a perilous one indeed. In this presentation, Breese exposes the “five myths” that keep women from asking for help and suggests a new course where giving and receiving help are valued equally.

Strong at Heart — Heart Disease & “Help” Disease in Women
Before the heart pumps blood to the rest of the body it feeds itself because it ‘knows’ that it must care for itself before it can care for the whole. This fact becomes a powerful analogy when Breese speaks about heart disease, the No. 1 killer of American women, and “help disease,” an equally dangerous menace for busy, independent women.

Sick Mom is Not An Oxymoron
Whether it’s a battle with the flu or an all-out war with cancer, Moms don’t get sick or recover in a vacuum. Based on her own experience and dozens of interviews conducted while working on her book, Cereal for Dinner & Other Shortcuts, Strategies and Sanity for Moms Battling Illness (St. Martin’s 2004), Breese charts a path back to wholeness and reminds them that taking care of themselves is the most unselfish thing they can do – not the other way around.

You can mix and match elements of the above presentations or tailor something specific for your group. Contact Kristine Breese to begin brainstorming about an event that will meet your needs – and exceed your expectations! (310) 215-1140
